This is a set of the first four songs we re-evaluated after meeting and working with Mike Shinoda in 2002. Mike took our recordings, mixed the songs better, and changed some song structure stuff to make them stronger. And it worked. Sounds a little broken up in places. But we were excited to apply this style to the rest of our songs, which led to our recording of “Instrumentality” in 2003 in our own studio.
